One network, four jobs, no fighting over it
Phones, cameras and door access all ride the same wires. Segment them properly and each one stays out of the others' way.
Segmented by design
Cameras on their own VLAN cannot flood the voice network. Guest Wi-Fi cannot see your accounting PC. Door controllers are isolated from everything else.
PoE planned, not guessed
Every phone, camera and reader draws power from the switch. We count the load before we pick the switch, so you are not back in six months buying another one.
Serviceable at 2am
Labelled runs, a documented address plan and remote console access mean most faults are diagnosed before anyone drives out.

Common questions
Why UniFi rather than consumer gear?
Consumer routers are built for a household, not for twenty phones, a dozen cameras and a card reader on every door. UniFi gives us VLANs to separate that traffic, PoE budgets we can actually plan against, and a single console we can log into remotely when you call with a problem.
Do you run cable, or just install equipment?
Both. We pull and terminate Cat5e/Cat6 drops, mount and dress the rack, punch down the patch panel and label the runs. A tidy rack is not vanity — it is how a fault gets found in ten minutes instead of two hours.
Can you work with the network we already have?
Often, yes. The site survey tells us what is worth keeping. If your switch has no PoE budget left or your circuit cannot carry the call volume, we will say so up front rather than install on top of it and hope.
Can you manage the network for us after install?
Yes. UniFi is remotely manageable, so most changes — a new VLAN, a Wi-Fi password, a firewall rule, a firmware update — happen without a truck roll.
